What can Phi Psi do for your son?

College. It is a fresh start, a new beginning, and a vital milestone in life. It is a sea of burnt orange, a longhorn-shaped hand, and a ringing clock tower. It is an always changing experience that bears a great influence on one’s future. It is a set of choices… the daily decisions that factor into the facets of a student’s college life. When a young man chooses that he wants to be a Phi Psi, he is confirming his dedication to the ideals of the brotherhood of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He strives to be an upstanding individual in the community, as he participates in both leadership activities and philanthropic events. He knows that his grades are vital, as are his set of social skills that help with assimilation into society. He believes in the concept of brotherhood, in that he knows he can rely on his fellow brothers in any time of need, while fulfilling his own obligation for brotherly support. With acceptance into Phi Kappa Psi, a young man possesses the knowledge that he is a brother for life.

Phi Psi Is:

Brotherhood:A strong bond of individuals that support each other regardless of the severity of any hardship. This even includes tutoring younger brothers when classes become difficult.

Leadership:Opportunities presented daily to become active leaders, whether as elected officials inside the fraternity, or as active participants in the college community.

Philanthropy:Peace of mind through helping others. Awareness that one’s own satisfaction is not complete without aiding others. Phi Kappa Psi is an active volunteer with many organizations, most notably the Boys & Girls Club of America.

A More Secure Future: Phi Kappa Psi has an extensive network of alumni that all believe in the concept of brotherhood. When it is time for a student to enter the workforce, they are never alone.
